Printed Circuit BoardsWe specialise in supplying high quality, tight tolerance PCBs at world competitive prices, offering single sided, double sided and multilayer variants of Rigid, Flexible or Rigid Flex PCBs. Rigid boards are available in many materials from basic FR4 to High Temperature laminates to exotic materials such as Teflon. Aluminium boards, perfect for dissipating heat, are also available in either a Backed version (AL-Back) or a Core version (AL-Core).
A range of surface finishes are available including HAL, Immersion Gold, Immersion Silver, Gold Plated, OSP, etc. ROHS requirements are also catered for.
Highlighting our capabilities is our ability to supply Full Military Specification Printed Circuit Boards, one of the few PCB suppliers capable of doing so.
Fascias, LED Labels and Membrane SwitchesThis product is available as a simple Label, a Label containing LEDs, a Label containing Membrane Switches or a combination of both, and can be used in varying applications - from signage / identification purposes to control panels. All can be manufactured via a multi colour or full colour print process, using UV resistant inks and are available in either polyester or polycarbonate materials, depending on requirements.
StencilsWe can supply Solder Paste Stencil to assist with the loading of Surface mount components onto Printed Circuit Boards. Our stencils are accurately laser cut, made from quality Stainless Steel, and are available with or without frames. A variety of frame sizes are available.
Enclosures
Where “off the shelf” enclosures are not suitable, we can supply custom made enclosures in either Plastic or Metal materials. Machined Plastic Enclosures are suitable for lower volume runs, while Injection Moulded Enclosures are more suited for higher volumes. Folded Metal enclosures are also available and particularly suited to applications where a more robust enclosure is required.
DesignAn expert design service is offered for all of our products. We have qualified staff to provide full Electronic, Graphic or CAD design, or alternately can provide advice with customer designs.
